With the digital identification app Itsme, Belgian civilians can share identity information, confirm payments and sign digitally.

The Itsme signature is a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and is in accordance with the European Regulation eIDAS without the disadvantage of paper workflows.

Connecting Itsme with Officient allows employees and HR users to sign contracts digitally with a Qualified Electronic Signature via the Officient HR Platform and Employee Self Service.

You will be able to create and send out contracts in Officient that can be signed digitally using the Itsme-app. After signing, the contract will carry the Itsme-certificate.
